Supporting Documents for Specific Trips.

1. PRIVATE TRIP

The application for private trip shall be supported by the following:

1. Proof of applicant's activities;
2. Invitation letter, copy of inviter’s passport and proof of immigration status of the inviter;
3. Application letter.

2. EMPLOYMENT TRIP

1. The application for employment trip shall be supported by the following:
2. An Offer of employment/employment contract;
3. Academic certificates of the applicant or;
4. Relevant documents from recruiting agents/companies in case of non-professional jobs;

        3. STUDY TRIP

The application for the study trip shall be supported by the following:

1. Admission letter from the college/Institution to be joined;
2. Applicant’s Academic certificates;
3. Sponsorship letter; OR
4. Proof of payment of fees and up-keep if the applicant is privately sponsored;
5. Permission letter from the employer if the applicant is employed OR
6. Permission letter from the parent or guardian to the applicant below the age of 18 years.

       4. RELIGIOUS TRIP

The application for religious trip shall be supported by the following:

1. Invitation letter and
2. A letter from a designated registered religious organization responsible for the trip.

       5. MEDICAL TREATMENT TRIP

The application for medical treatment trip shall be supported by the following:

1. Proof from a registered Medical practitioner OR
2. A letter of authority from the Ministry of Health.

      6. SPORTS TRIP

The application for sports trip shall be accompanied by the following:

1. A letter from a registered Sports Association.
2. Invitation letter.

      7. OFFICIAL TRIP

The application for official trip shall be accompanied by the following:

1. A letter from the employer;
2. Employment Identity Card of the applicant. and
3. Invitation letter (Optional)

8. BUSINESS TRIP

The application for business trip shall be accompanied by the following:

1. A valid business license and Tax Identification Number-TIN;
2. A letter from the Ward Executive Officer/Sheha where the applicant resides.

        9. SEAMAN TRIP

The application for seaman trip shall be accompanied by the following:

1. Contract of employment;
2. Seaman discharge book;
3. Academic certificates and
4. A letter from the relevant Seaman Union

NB: The applicant might be required to submit additional documents as may be determined by the authority.
